"As the demands of the marketplace require organisations to change, there is an increasing pressure on managers to master and drive the process of change rather than rely on external consultants."

This Workshop, presented by Philip Atkinson (author of 'Change Mastery', Spiro Press, Spring 2003) achieves this objective by developing a manager’s skills to successfully drive and implement change. Organisations can then develop their own army of internal change agents to drive ‘change’ in whatever format and therefore require significantly less external support.
