Introduction
This organisation is an extremely successful European producer and distributor of Wines & Spirits. The company has sponsored many change initiatives as befits its pre-eminence in the industry.
Intervention
The intervention dates from 1997. Initially, the intervention was to work with a newly formed top team who had specific strategic objectives regarding the provision of the quality and the cost of raw materials to the parent business. The new management team had several challenges and decided to commit to transform their existing business culture, into a culture that was required to drive and lead change in the future. Their efforts, coupled with the efforts and initiative of the parent company were central in achieving the results required in the time frame.
Work continues with other divisions of the same business.
