The Search & Placement Process
The SPP focuses upon working closely with a client company. Confidentiality with clients and potential 'targets' is critical. We adhere rigorously to the sensitive placement of staff. The SPP process incorporates;
Discussion with client for potential target competencies, experience, aptitudes etc.
Searching the Market for potential targets - initial discussions - defining the brief.
Presentation of a short list selection of potential targets. Assessment, business simulations, psychometrics can be completed on request etc (Assessment Centres can be designed to support the selection process).
Interim Management
From time to time, clients require staff to transition projects for periods ranging from 10 weeks to 1 year in duration. We have a select group of Associates who have a variety of skills to bring to your project on full-time or part-time basis.
