“Effective organisational change is created only when core organisational problems are diagnosed and strategies are applied and implemented within the whole organisation.”
This unique two-day event equips in-house consultants and trainers with the strategies, the methodologies, the tools and techniques to take responsibility and drive change within the business.
At the end of this highly interactive session participants will:
- Undertake a “hands on diagnosis” of the relative health of their own organisation.
- Assess an initial diagnosis using various methodologies to focus upon the relative strengths and highlight limitations or weaknesses within the culture and structure of the business
- Use this data to develop a strategy for change.
- Will be able to lead a team of internal consultants to undertake objective research
Tailor and use specific questionnaires to measure:
- The Culture of the organisation
- Relative commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Customer satisfaction and areas where the business is most at risk
- Effectiveness of Leadership and teamwork within the business
- Analyse data generated and present core recommendations in a report and presentation
- Practise the use of tools and methods for collecting data and understand the theory behind the approach
- Develop strategies for implementing change
- Have focused upon the politics of change and taken preventative measures to ensure change becomes the norm.
- Work through ‘best practice’ in change management focusing upon dealing with resistance to change
- Apply the six step approach to change
- Will have started in tailoring material for use within their own organisation
- Prepare and understand the best in communication strategy to win the support of key actors in the business
- Undertake an analysis of how best to get Change agents, sponsors, targets and key constituents work closer together
- Develop an action plan for implementing specific change within their own organisation.
- Participants leave the Workshops with material that they can use in their business

- Assessing organisational culture using three separate approaches and questionnaires
- Measuring Leadership and Teamwork –using tools and Questionnaires, Simulations, Focus Groups – methods of objective data collection
- Diagnose customer satisfaction

- Acceleration of change: Strategies for Rapid Improvement
- Understand and read organisational politics
- Assess the readiness for change with core sponsors – testing for commitment
- Developing strategies for implementation
- Planning to pre-empt resistance and develop a communication strategy
