Three Hour High Energy Workshops for Team Leaders and Managers
Time is a precious resource and when developing staff it is of the essence to get them up the learning curve as quickly and as comfortably as possible. Too much time can be wasted on Training Workshops rather than equipping people with the skills to enable them to achieve the desired performance level. We have solved the problem of time constraints especially for staff who have been newly recruited or promoted into senior positions. Staff in too many businesses are expected to learn management and leadership by ‘sitting next to others’ and relying solely on observation and replication of activities. Leadership , facilitation and motivation cannot be learned by accident or default or being in the right place at the right time. Development has to be structured and focused upon exactly what ‘behaviours’ people should perform frequently and what ’behaviour’ or actions are less than productive in helping them learn to do their work successfully.
We have designed a series of Training Workshops of three hours duration which will equip people with the best strategies to master the management and leadership issues in their work. This means they can attend a morning or afternoon session and not have to be out of the office for a whole day. We have ensured that the design of programmes has ensured a subtle mixture of ‘best practice’, rigour’ and practicality. We are currently offering Training Workshops in the following areas.
Leading Change initiatives – either locally or company-wide
Team Working – maximising the contribution of others
Diagnosing and enhancing team performance
Dealing with difficult people in the team
Building unstoppable interpersonal skills
These Workshops have a major impact upon job performance are essential for those who been promoted or recently or are newly recruited for any position requiring a knowledge and application of leading change, inspiring teams and others to improve performance.
