Team Building Using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator

By understanding what is important to people and how they interact with others we really impact team performance.....

"Team Building is central to working across boundaries. Increasingly, more people have to operate across the organisational matrix and often are confronted by personal styles of working that are alien to them. We have to confront the 'please understand me' syndrome. Using the MBTI we demystify the differences that separate people and their preferences and build on those elements to bring us together."

During this Workshop we focus on the MBTI instrument as a powerful tool in helping us build strong teams both functionally and across the cultures in the larger organisation. You will learn how to anticipate conflicts and take action to resolve them before they arise.

Philip will take participants through case studies, the MBTI self-assessment questionnaire, and how its results can be used to develop the character and effectiveness of a team.
