Influencing Powerfully: Projecting Your Authentic Self
Influencing Powerfully: Projecting Your Authentic Self
30th & 31st January 2008 Edinburgh
Introduction
Use your authentic self to best effect to influence others. We believe that authenticity, and focusing on one's natural strengths, is critical in influencing others, whether on an individual face to face basis, or within large or small group settings.
We focus on 'Authenticity' simply because that is the real you. In our two day workshop we build on your 'authentic and natural self' to hone your skills and equip you with the power to influence the behaviour of others. We reject the notion of one best way to influence, and replace it with a self confidence based on who you really are - the real you.
Presenting or influencing others is solidly based on the important skill of changing how others behave after your have communicated with them. By focusing on changing behaviour as the end product, we can then work with our vast research material to give you the power to control what others receive in terms of your communication.
We draw on our research into evolutional psychology and the most relevant research in the applied behavioural sciences. You will have the opportunity to test and apply these principles in workshops which are clearly designed to equip you with the skills to radically improve your ability to influence others.
